Elon Musk breaks his silence on Twitter by posting a photo of him with… the Pope

He hadn’t posted anything on Twitter since June 21. An eternity for Elon Musk accustomed to posting his positions on social networks. The American billionaire shared a series of photos this Saturday, including one of him with Pope Francis, on the platform he announced he wanted to buy.

“Honored to meet @Pontifex yesterday” (Friday, editor’s note), he specifies on his account to accompany the photo showing him in a black suit to the right of the pope, while four of his children, also on their 31st, are stand to the left of a smiling Jorge Bergoglio.

The richest man in the world had a total of eight children: six with Justine Musk (née Wilson) in the 2000s, one of whom died a few weeks after birth, and, more recently, two with the musician Grimes.

The location and details of the meeting are not specified by the boss of Tesla and SpaceX, while for its part the Vatican has not communicated on this private visit to Pope Francis.

Elon Musk estimated on June 21 that there were “some unresolved issues” in his plan to buy Twitter for $44 billion, including the “very important” issue of the number of fake users on the social network.
