How to Find Downloaded Themes in Google Chrome?

The Google Chrome web store offers a number of different themes that you can use to customize your browsing experience. Unfortunately, there is no easy way to go back to a previous theme without downloading it again once it has been downloaded and installed. There is a way to discover and package these themes into a single file to save time and bandwidth. You can save the file wherever it suits you and easily switch between themes.
