new leak confirms design of Google’s flagship

A visual prepared by a props specialist confirms the design of the Google Pixel 7 Pro. It should therefore take over almost entirely that of the Google Pixel 6 Pro.

That’s called a nice blunder. A props specialist preparing shells for the future Google Pixel 7 and 7 Pro has released a visual of the future Pro model, spotted by the site Tech Going.

First confirmation provided by this leak: the design of the 7 Pro should be very close to the 6 Pro, with the prominent bar at the back as a photo block. We find there the design suggested by the first leaks with two sensors gathered in the same oval bubble and a third photo module (a priori the telephoto lens) behind a round glass. The presence of the flash and the hole for the microphone is also worth noting.

A more fancy color

The casemaker’s image reveals a front panel with an undrilled curved screen. There is every reason to believe that this is just a convenience for this visual, and that the real phone will incorporate a selfie camera, placed in the center, with a clearly visible punch.

For the rest, no surprise should point the tip of his nose: the lower part of the phone would accommodate a USB-C port and all the buttons should be located on the right edge.

Release of the Google Pixel 7 and 7 Pro

As a reminder, the Google Pixel 7 and 7 Pro are expected for the month of October 2022.

Google’s phone could incorporate a 6.7 or 6.8 inch QHD+ 120 Hz screen with the following dimensions: 163 x 76.6 x 8.7 mm. It would therefore be a little wider than its predecessor, but also a little less thick, since the Pixel 6 Pro peaked at 8.9 mm. It should also integrate the second generation of the Google Tensor SoC as well as three wide-angle, telephoto and ultra-wide-angle photo modules of 50 megapixels, 48 megapixels and 12 megapixels respectively.
