Elon Musk has just presented the production version of his monstrous Cybertruck. And the machine has lost none of its conceptual madness.
After the Gigafactory in Berlin, Elon Musk has just celebrated with great fanfare the inauguration of the Giga Texas, the brand’s new major factory in the United States. As usual, the American businessman had organized a big show, showing in particular the first copies of the Model Y built in the factory.
But he also took the opportunity to bring the Cybertruck back to center stage, in its almost final version. The opportunity to appreciate the differences with the original concept car unveiled in 2020 or rather, the absence of differences. Apart from the presence of mirrors, different tires, a front windshield with a modified structure and a few minor adjustments, it is still an incredibly futuristic design pick-up. We also note the absence of door handles.
See you in 2023
The marketing of the Tesla Cybertruck has been delayed to the year 2023, which Elon Musk confirms during this conference. He also takes the opportunity to slip that the Roadster supercar is also still in development, just like the Semi truck. These two other novelties will also arrive in the course of 2023.
