A 9-year-old cancer survivor has been found dead under a lawn chair in Pennsylvania. US authorities have confirmed that he was the victim of a homicide.
Azuree Charles was reported missing last Thursday. This 9-year-old American boy was later found dead under a lawn chair in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. Prosecutor Nicole Ziccarelli explained that the young boy had been the victim of a homicide and that a suspicious person had been identified, reports “People”. “This is a horrific tragedy for our region, here in New Kensington and our entire county,” she said at a press conference, asking the public at the same time to give the police any information or details allowing them to shed light on this drama. “We have a suspicious person but we cannot say more at this stage of the investigation,” she explained. “But I can confirm that it was a homicide and that the child did indeed die at the hands of another person. Based on everything we know, we don’t think the community is in danger,” she said.
Few details have been revealed about this case. The WPXI channel indicates that no one has therefore been arrested in this investigation, although the police have arrested Father Jean Charles, in another case of violence against one of his children whom he allegedly hit last November. Azuree was had three other little siblings.
